Thank you for choosing Kollel to host your next event!  We are looking forward to working together with you to make it beautiful and memorable!  

 

After you submit this form, Kollel staff will be in touch with you to discuss the details of your event. You will receive an email with an invoice as well as an event plan summary.  Please note: your event is not confirmed until the invoice is paid in full. 

 

CATERING POLICY

Before the caterer for your event is approved, the caterer must meet in person at the Kollel to review the details of your event with Kollel staff.

All food and beverages must be delivered and served by a caterer with Kashrut certification deemed acceptable by Kollel, and provide a mashgiach for the duration of the event.  If you do not have a specific caterer in mind please let us know and we will be happy to suggest options.

The caterer is responsible for all aspects of food and beverage delivery, setup, and cleanup.  

 

SETUP/CLEANUP POLICY

Setup: Rooms will be available 3 hours before your event for set up as needed. 

PLEASE NOTE: Nothing may be taped or glued to any walls or furniture.  Glitter is not allowed. 

Cleanup: After the event, you and/or catering staff are asked to leave the areas used as close to the original condition as possible, including the removal of any rental items brought in for the event (ex. centerpieces, tables, chairs).

Anything left at the Kollel will be discarded.

Kollel will arrange cleaning services.

 

RENTAL FEES

1755 Room 1: $350 (Members receive $150 off rental fee).

1755 Room 2: $550 (Members receive $150 off rental fee).

1745: $3500 (Members receive $1000 off rental fees).

 

PAR LED lighting: $150/12 lights, $200/18 lights, $300/30 lights

Audio: $20 per speaker and stand

Video: $20 screen and stand

Coffee Station: $20

For events using other areas of the building the fee will depend on the nature of the event.
